Return Process

  Log into your Xanadu account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
